By registering and participating in the Antioch Summertime Showdown, the coach and all team representatives agree to the following: I acknowledge that basketball is a physical activity that carries risk of injury. I release and hold harmless Helping The Youth Grow, the Antioch Community Center, its staff, officials, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability related to injury, illness, loss, or damages. I confirm that all players on my roster are covered by medical insurance. I give permission for event organizers to use photos or video footage of the team for promotional purposes. I confirm all players have current AAU memberships and are age-eligible to compete. I accept full responsibility for ensuring my team, coaches, and spectators follow all tournament rules and expectations. 🔹 No Refund Policy All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, forfeits, disqualifications, no-shows, travel issues, or injuries. If the tournament is canceled by the organizer, a credit may be issued toward a future event at our discretion.
